Session Overview

Clause 8.5 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 requires RTOs to comply with Commonwealth, state and territory legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to its operations. The range of legislation that applies to RTOs is quite extensive and compliance staff need to be thinking of that bigger picture beyond the Standards for RTOs 2015.
