Session Overview

The lifeblood of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is the delivery and assessment of training products to students. It is essential to 'get it right' and ensure the best outcomes for students, and in turn industry. How do we make sure what we are doing is the best we can? We seek feedback, review, and implement improvements. This process is called a Training Product Review and is not only essential for working towards RTO best practice, it is also a requirement of the Standards for RTOs 2015 to have a systematic approach to monitoring and evaluation of training and assessment strategies and practices, in other words - what you say you're going to do and what you're actually doing.

About the Presenter

Kerri Buttery

Kerri has worked in the Australian education sector for more than two decades. She has always had a passion for the use of technology in training and has completed university studies in education, information technology and eLearning. Kerri is the founder of VETNexus, which is an organisation that provides consulting services in the creation and adoption of eLearning strategies. Kerri also regularly delivers professional development webinars to participants and has been doing this for almost a decade.
