This FastPD session is to help your RTO take into consideration any implications that may arise from the CEO's Annual Declaration on Compliance that is due to be submitted by the 31st March 2020.

This declaration is providing information to the relevant Regulator about your activities over the previous year and level of compliance. There have been a number of changes over the past year when it comes to compliance requirements and these will have an impact on how the responses are provided.
